I bought 2 of their peptides and both of them broke. One of them has a tube coming out of it which prevents any product coming out , and the other one’s lid broke on top meaning it is prone to messing. Dissapointed that both of them have broke.
I bought the shade jam and salted caramel and really love the formulations. However the salted caramel one seemed to have grains in the formulation and it's lid broke within a few weeks of me having it. Really love the colour of the jam shade. This one I didn't carry around with me as often as salted caramel so the lid still seems intact
The actual tint is great, the ‘jam’ colour is vivid. But the lid has cracked which is so strange because it’s always stayed in my handbag and never been dropped. I’ve had to tape it back together but can’t use it on the go.
The poor quality packaging of many swiitch products I own has caused me to think twice now about purchasing or even re-purchasing in the future.
I absolutely love this product and was so excited to get it! But unfortunately the lid broke within a few weeks of having it, making it impossible to use on the go a keep in my handbag.
The inside of this product is soooo good, and it stays on longer than any other lip treatment I have used; it literally lasts for hours. However, the packaging is disappointing, the lid broke at the top, and I had to glue it together because I wasn't willing to toss it out. Then the lid chipped off the side, which doesn't affect the usage, but it just looks ugly now. Please upgrade the packaging but leave the formula as is, the color jam is stunning.
