This was the perfect gift for my fellow Swiitch addict.
After purchase, I contacted customer service with my reference and received the gift card within 24hrs.
I’ve done this twice now and would highly recommend it, as it was so well received.
It’s worth the extra bit of effort considering it’s not immediate. I find customer service is always a breeze with Swiitch.

Gift cards are always a great thing to get as a gift, but if it is not received instantly it is not efficient.

I would have thought a gift card would be immediate, but still haven’t received mine and it was a Christmas gift. Really not a nice thing as I had to literally add an ‘I Owe You’ note to my gift

Such a great option to have. I do wish it were instantaneous, as I had to follow up in order to receive the voucher.

Ordered the gift card as a gift and have still not received it despite receiving an email that it was confirmed. Communication lines aren’t great and no acknowledgement to my query email either. I ordered this as a gift and have just been left to wonder.
You pay for a product or service, you expect to receive it.

Maybe by seeing this it will be resolved soon as I’m extremely disappointed. It was a gift for today.

I purchased a gift card for a friend on the 31st of May and I have still not received it, despite a receiving an email that the transaction was successful and I would get my gift card via email. Please assist as I would really love to gift my friend.
